Dehydration VS. Freeze Drying

In this blog we are going to talk about the pros and the cons for both dehydrators and freeze dryers. After reading this blog, you will be able to compare the two and decide which one is better for your situation. Dehydrating and freeze drying both refer to the process of removing water from food. Dehydration is the removal of water from food by having it go through a drying chamber where it's exposed to heat and humidity. When using freeze drying, the food is frozen into a solid frozen state, and then subjected to the removal of ice water particles.
