These sesame seed crisps are a great option for anyone with a nut allergy. They do not contain any nut butters or ground nuts. With no added oils, they are also a healthy and low-fat alternative to store-bought and many homemade crackers.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix seeds and seasonings with water. Stir until the mixture is well incorporated and leave for 10-15 minutes to allow seeds to become pudding-like.
  2. Spread onto dehydrator trays. Batter should be less than 1/4 inch thick. Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 8-12 hours. Flip them over and dehydrate for another 8 hours.
