  • 1/4 tsp ginger, powdered
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) can roasted whole cashews,
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions
  1. Pour nuts into a 9 inch square pan. Mix all other ingredients in a measuring cup and pour over the nuts. Set aside overnight to cool at room temperature.
  2. Drain the nuts and place on regular dehydrator trays.
  3. Dehydrate at 145°F for 3 - 5 hours or until they are crunchy. Store the crunchy nuts in an air-tight container or bag.
