  • 1 cup fruit yogurt of choice (if it has chunky fruit, puree in a blender)
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal, coarsely crushed

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and cereal together, then place in a pastry bag with the tip of your choice. On drying sheets set in dehydrator trays, squeeze out dots the size of a quarter. Dehydrate at 135°F for 10 to 12 hours. When dehydrated, the drops should be dry like paper and somewhat flexible.
  2. If you vacuum seal with oxygen absorbers, the drops will keep up to 1month in the pantry, 6 months in the refrigerator, or 1 year in the freezer. If stored in ziptop plastic freezer bags, they will keep in the refrigerator for 1 month and will be good for 5 days after being removed from the refrigerator if kept cool and dry
