  • 4-5 ripe mangoes
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
  1. Peel and slice mangoes into thin, even strips.
  2. Dissolve honey in lemon juice. Mix well and add salt.
  3. Dip mango slices into honey mixture. Shake off excess.
  4. Arrange in a single line in your dehydrator and set temperature to 135 degrees. Allow mangoes to dehydrate for 8-9 hours.
