view- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or greek yogurt is my recommendation)
- 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 vanilla pod
- Blend all ingredients together until a smoothie like consistency is reached.
- Spread the mixture over a non-stick mat and dehydrate for 6-8 hours at 104°F.
- Once dry, peel the roll up off the mat and cut, roll or tear into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container with a moisture absorber.
