Ditch the buttery popcorn for this crunchy, spicy treat. Dehydrated cauliflower is a great stand-in for corn, both in appearance and texture. Once the cauliflower is very crispy, you might not even recognize that it is actually cauliflower! Vary the spices you use to customize the heat level.

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
  1. Blend all the seasonings and olive oil in a bowl. Add cauliflower and combine to coat all the florets.
  2. Place cauliflower pieces onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 140 degrees for one hour. Lower the temperature and dehydrate at 110 degrees for another 10 hours or until crispy.
