- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup black sesame seeds

- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

- In a bowl, mix seeds and seasonings with water. Stir until the mixture is well incorporated and leave for 10-15 minutes to allow seeds to become pudding-like.
- Spread onto dehydrator trays. Batter should be less than 1/4 inch thick. Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 8-12 hours. Flip them over and dehydrate for another 8 hours.
