- 1 tablespoon powdered dehydrated cooked peaches
- 1 tablespoon powdered quick-cooking tapioca
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- Stir together the ingredients, let cool, and serve. Will keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
