  • 2 cups sprouted buckwheat or quinoa
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. cardamom
  • 1 pear or apple, peeled, cored and diced

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture onto dehydrator trays. Use a spatula to smooth.
  3. Dehydrate for 18 hours at 130 degrees.
