- 1/4 cup dehydrated shredded cooked potatoes
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated shredded cooked carrots, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated shredded cooked green bell pepper, crushed
- 1 teaspoon powdered chicken bouillon cube or Vegetable Stock Powder
- Combine all the ingredients. For short-term storage, place in a small ziptop plastic bag, pressing out all the air. For long-term storage (1 year or more), vacuum seal. To enjoy your soup, add 1 cup boiling water, stir, and let cool a bit.
