Ingredients
  • 2 pounds thinly sliced beef
  • 1 can of coke
  • 7 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp. red hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice

Instructions
  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Place meat in a Ziplock bag and pour marinade over meat.
  2. Marinate meat in refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
  3. Lay meat on dehydrator sheets in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 155 degrees for 6-8 hours.
