Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup dehydrated mixed vegetable flakes (peas, tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon linguine or spaghetti pasta, broken
  • 1 tablespoon bulgur wheat
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Pinch onion powder
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups boiling broth (beef or chicken)

  1. Combine dried vegetables in a blender and process until they are the size of small peas.
  2. Add the dried vegetables to a saucepan. Stir in pasta, bulgur wheat, basil, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour boiling broth over the mixture and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm for about 20 minutes before eating.
