Ingredients
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar dry-roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4cup of hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano, ground

Instructions
  1. Pour nuts into a large bowl; mix the remaining ingredients and pour over peanuts.
  2. Set nuts aside to settle overnight at room temperature.
  3. Drain the nuts; place nuts on dehydrator tray.
  4. Dry at 145°F for 3 - 5 hours or until peanuts are crunchy. Store the crunchy peanuts in an air-tight bag or container.
