  • Yoghurt, homemade or purchased

Instructions
  1. Spread yogurt thinly about 1/8 inch on teflex sheets or parchment paper. Place in Dehydrator and dry at 125°F for 6 hours.
  2. Check yoghurt regularly after 4 hours due to variety in dehydrators and yoghurt thickness and timing.
  3. Dry until yoghurt rolls are totally dry and don-t stick on your fingers  when touched. Two pieces should be able to come apart when pieced  together and also pliable.
