  • 3 fresh grapefruits

Instructions
  1. Wash grapefruits thoroughly. Cut grapefruits into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  2. Place sliced grapefruits on dehydrator tray. Set in a dehydrator and dry at 119°F to 135°F for 5 to 12 hours or until they become brittle.
  3. Store dried grapefruit slices in an air tight bag or container

Note: Soak in water to get flavored water; use to dress salads and dishes; use to make potpourri or wreaths.
