  1. Cut the ham slices into strips, about 3/4 to 1 inch wide.
  2. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  3. Dehydrate at 145°F for about 6 hours. Use paper towels to blot off oil from the surface 2-3 times while drying.
  4. Let cool completely, break into smaller pieces then store in containers.
