  • Greens of choice (We used Spinach and Kale)

Instructions
  1. Wash your greens thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Evenly space your greens on dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 86°F for 4-6 hours.
  3. Once dry, the greens should be dry and crumbly, put your greens in a blender or coffee grinder and pulse until you have a fine powder.
  4. Store in a dark pantry or storage cupboard in an air tight jar.
