Dehydrated Diced Bell Pepper | Commercial Dehydrators

Pack extra flavor into your dishes with these dehydrated peppers. Dehydrated bell peppers are an incredibly versatile staple that can be used in soups and stews, as a pizza topping, or even as a colorful salad topper!

  • Bell peppers (any color)

Instructions
  1. Wash the peppers then remove the stems, seeds and white membrane.
  2. Cup up the peppers as small as you want. You may use a mandolin to cut.
  3. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain.
  4. Layer the peppers in single layer on the dehydrator trays.
  5. Dehydrate at 135°F for 9-12 hours.
  6. Once dry store in a cool dark place in an airtight container.
  7. If you wish to make a powder, place dry bell peppers into a blender or coffee grinder and pulse until you have a fine powder. Store in a cool dry place in an airtight container.
