- Wash the cherries then remove stems and pits.
- Slice each in half then arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer, with cut side up.
- Dehydrate at 135°F for about 18-26 hours.
- Once dry store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
- If you want to make a cherry powder, place the dry cherries into a blender and blend until you have a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
