  1. Strip off the outer leaves from each cabbage.
  2. Shred with a food processor or knife into thin strips (about 1/8").
  3. Arrange on dehydrating trays (they can be close together).
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F for about 8 to 15 hours.
  5. Let cool then store in a covered container.
