- 1/2 cup dried chicken
- 1 cup dehydrated cooked rice
- 1/2 cup dehydrated vegetables (carrot, onions, tomatoes, corn, peas)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Combine chicken, rice and vegetables with water in a pot.
- Let soak for 5 minutes then bring to a boil.
- Cook for just 1 minute then stir in the powdered milk, chili powder and curry powder.
- Remove from heat, cover and keep warm for 10 minutes.
