  • 12 ounces cottage cheese, with chives
  • 1 medium-sized ripe tomato cut in quarters
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 dash powdered garlic

  1. Add cottage cheese, onion, tomato and spices to a blender; process into smooth puree.
  2. Scoop spoonfuls of mixture about 1 1/2 - 2 inch diameter on fruit roll sheets. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 145°F for 4-6 hours or until mixture curls up on the sides like potato chips.
