Ingredients
  • 3 cups Granola (10.5 oz.)
  • 3-4 medium apples (14 oz.)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice (2 oz.)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (3.5 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (1 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (0.9 oz.)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast sunflower seeds for 10 mins
  2. Coarsely grate apples and blend with the raspberries & cranberry juice to make a sauce
  3. Mix all ingredients together with the sauce and spread about 0.4" thick on a solid mat lined dehydrator tray
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 11-15 hrs, flipping halfway through
  5. Slice into bars and enjoy
