  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup banana
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until a smoothie like consistency is reached.
  2. Spread the mixture out on a non-stick mat and place in the dehydrator for 6-8 hours at 104°F.
  3. Once dry, peel roll up off the mat and cut, roll or tear into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container with a moisture absorber.
