- 6 slices dehydrated white bread, broken into pieces
- 6 slices dehydrated tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dehydrated mixed chopped red and green bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated oregano
- Process all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor on the fine or coarse setting (your choice).
Storing instructions
- The breadcrumbs can be vacuum-sealed with an oxygen pack and double-bagged in Mylar, or stored in a glass jar with an oxygen pack in a cool, dark place. Crumbs will keep for up to a year
