Instructions
  1. 1. Wash strawberries and drain. Slice off the hulls and discard.
  2. 2. Slice each strawberry from top to bottom or crosswise. Try to make the pieces close in size, about 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.
  3. 3. Arrange the slices of strawberry on the dehydrator trays with a space of about half inch between them.
  4. 4. Dehydrate at 135°F for 8 to 14 hours.
  5. 5. Let cool completely, store in airtight containers and place in a cool, dry and dark place.
