view- Portabello Mushrooms stems removed or your (non toxic) mushroom of choice
- Place the caps, stem side down, on dehydrator trays and dehydrate them at 125°F for 12-14 hours.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
- If you want to make mushroom powder then place the dry mushrooms in a blender or coffee grinder and pulse until you have a fine powder. Store in a cool dark place in an airtight container.
